Confused Valley

Whilst I feel for Hong Kong residents under current circumstances I'm unsure of the logic of pretending it's in Worcestershire.

Methinks Barclaycard's Excel(?) database is scrambled - especially as we don't have a Barclaycard.  Returned.

Ironically, there is a "Happy Valley" in Malvern.
