Natures Colours

A day of pottering around doing odd jobs...after a lie in! Another grey day but the rain did move off this morning leaving a rather dull afternoon.

I headed into the garden with the 16mm lens on to see what I could find...this clump of fungi was rather appealing growing on the bark in one of the newly decimated shrubberies. I love how close you can get to your subject with this lens whilst still getting a wide shot and although I don’t use it often enough it is one of my favourite lenses.
