It would appear that squirrels enjoy watching humans just as much as humans enjoy watching squirrels. This one peered through our bedroom window as I was dressing this morning. He looks quite cute, but I know that he has been feasting on some of the bulbs that I have planted over the past couple of weeks.

My working day was evenly split between conference calls and emails. In my non-working time I lost a game of Carcassonne and ran a swift 5k along the cycle paths.

Exercise today: 5k run.
