Barge on River Medway at East Farleigh

Went for a run this morning and a walk along the river this afternoon. These were bookended by taking the Skoda for its MOT. It passed.

In between times little was done apart from starting to make the first batch of yoghurt in the new machine. It wasn’t as straightforward as I expected as the milk had to be brought to the boil then left to cool before adding the live stuff and putting it in the yoghurt maker. There’s little difference there to when we used to pour the mix into a flask and leave it overnight. We’ll see.

Today is Landon’s actual third birthday. We may get to see him very late this evening when he comes out of daycare and goes out with his parents for a meal.

Today’s blip is taken at the very picturesque setting of East Farleigh on the River Medway. There are some beautiful boats here as well as some less well tended. There’s an ancient bridge across the river and a lock. Always a good place for a blip.
