Old Tractor

I bottled my latest batch of beer this morning - and was hoping to set up the next one, however the parcel containing the kit has gone AWOL. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 2-4 p.m. then at 3:59 the delivery was changed to 4-6 p.m. Then at 6:20 it was changed to Friday. The tracking info shows it still at the local depot and not out with courier! Of course there is no way to get in touch - other than the ‘digital assistant’ which basically regurgitates the tracking info.  Useless bunch of *******.
