Autumn colour everywhere - just some leaves making more of a scene about it.

A less busy day in some ways.  E went for a long walk this morning.  I progressed a few boring admin tasks but also confirmed some Christmas bookings which was nice.  Enquiry this afternoon for May 2022!

Oven 5 of 7 has decided to die on us.  Spotted by guests this weekend when it wasn't heating up as expected (so they used ours).  

Quite expected bad news when the engineer came this afternoon given that "Algon" wasn't a make I recognised.  

However, it appears it was a 'wrapper' brand for some kitchen furniture company (in the 80's probably, going by the related decor) and was actually made by what is now Whirlpool, and bits are still available...
