Lost

Last night was extremely rough, we had it all, thunder, lightning, hailstones and very windy.  A disturbed sleep was a result.  This is the remnants of the hailstones that were still there when I looked out this morning, I suspect it must have looked quite white earlier on.

The weather hasn't been great all day and I've been denied a walk again.

I feel lost after yesterday, the support that I got from Twitter has gone and on a weekend where I'm already struggling, that loss makes it harder to battle through.

Even reading and streaming hasn't really helped me.

Today I am thankful for:
