Two for Joy!

as the sun goes down
the two magpies stand, waiting and
watching, til darkness

comes

black, white, reflecting
pink from the skies around them
bringing warmth and joy

This all a last minute blip from my study window :)

Rather a dark wet day in which I had a haircut at a hairdresser 5 minutes walk away and have been sorting paperwork and oddments out in my study after my usual 1-1 with my Manager.

Thank you for all the comments hearts and stars on my swan yesterday :)
