Another rose

We had a quiet day. James and Xharmagne departed for home before lunch so we enjoyed a restful afternoon after the hectic pace yesterday when we had a house full.

Today was the first day in about 5 months that we haven’t had any community Covid cases in the whole country. Thinking of all the people in other countries going into lockdown, it’s a terrible problem. 

Queensland had a state election yesterday, the Labor Gov was returned with a larger majority so the residents up there agree with how the Premier, Annastacia Palaszczuk, has led their state through the pandemic. I hope there is a clear result on Tuesday in the US Election.
