Golau cynnar y wawr ~ Dawn's early light

Roedd e'n ddiwrnod cymharol dawel heddiw, ond dechreuodd e gydag ychydig bach o gyffro.  Roeddwn i'n rhedeg ar fy llwybr 5k ac yn pasio gwaith ffordd lle roedd twll yn y ddaear wedi'i amgylchynu gyda ffens dros dro. Gwnes i arogli nwy.  Roedd rhaid bod llawer o nwy wedi bod pe gallwn i'w arogli yn yr awyr agored.  Ffoniais i'r rhif argyfwng ar unwaith ac yn siarad â'r dyn yna ac yn disgrifio'r sefyllfa. Galwodd e'r bobol oedd wedi gweithio yna - gobeithio daethon nhw i drwsio'r broblem.  Rhedais i adre.  Dydyn ni byth yn gwybod diwedd y stori... gallwn ni dim ond chwarae ein rhan. Roeddwn i'n meddwl ei bod yn dda i drwsio'r broblem cyn y gallai rocedi tân gwyllt goch tanbeidrw fynd i'r twll.

It was a relatively quiet day today, but it started with a bit of excitement. I was running on my 5k route and passing roadworks where a hole in the ground was surrounded by a temporary fence. I smelled gas. There must have been a lot of gas if I could smell it outdoors. I called the emergency number immediately and spoke to that man and described the situation. He called the people who had worked there - hopefully they came to fix the problem. I ran home. We never know the end of the story ... we can just play our part. I thought it was good to fix the problem before glaring red firework rockets could go into the hole.
