Hundreds and Thousands

Very thankful to have this lovely girl as my POEM (peri-operative and emergency medicine) partner for the next few weeks!! This photo was taken just after a conversation about Blip...turns out that this week, she had started her own personal photo diary to remember some of the good memories and lessons learned from this time in her life. Suzie is wonderfully helpful, incredibly thoughtful, and encouraging even when I’ve made a mess trying to put someone’s cannula in! She even made us these brownies...decorated with hundreds and thousands on top!! (The best decoration - I tried to convince Paul to put them on the bread he baked when he was here but apparently they don’t go with bread...)
