Christmas cake 2020

Today Mr hazelh worked on my secret recreational project!

Meanwhile I gardened until it started to pour, baked two Christmas cakes (blipped), finished brewing the red soup that I started yesterday, narrowly lost at Carcassonne, washed my hair (yes, this counts as an event), worked on prep for the forthcoming virtual conference on 19th November, and cooked a sausage and broccoli bake followed by apple and bramble crumble for supper. Hopefully I have exhausted myself sufficiently to sleep tonight after yet another night of failing to drop off properly in my own bed and an exit to the study.

Exercise today: small amount of gardening.
