Not so evergreen

When I growing up I thought that all conifers were evergreens and so didn't change colour in the autumn. 

However even that I now know that isn't the case and that conifers can and do change colour, there is still an element of suprise each autumn when some of the firs change colour. 

Today was a quiet day -  household tasks, my usual Gaelic practice, a walk after lunch followed by a somewhat energetic yoga practice. 

Now catching up with the news and the latest vacinne  trials (but not getting over excited by it).
