Adventures in Pasta Part II. Lasagna

There were many good suggestions from, go buy the pasta, to use a machine.

One viewer (thank you) sprang into action and sent me a new Imperia Pasta machine.

So today I made lasagne sheets for the dish of the day.

It was good but there are still lessons to be learned.

Thickness is crucial and NOT making allowance for the pasta to expand during cooking seems to be my weakness.
