Day 230 - mUch better

I felt more at ease today which was good. Was productive and got my car to the garage in the afternoon before I met Alison at Sugar Fall - I was good and did not eat any cake.
That is day 3 of eating clean and it is doing me good and I am getting rid of the 3 extra kilos of corona chub too hahaha
I was back home at 5 pm and prepared for my call with Dianne.
We had a looong chat and I will be shooting her in Dundee n 2 weeks - super excited.
We just were on the call far too long!! and I was late being done with everything.

Neil was not working today and we had an easy dinner and a bit couch time too.

Blipping the New??? Mural from Embargo .... which used to be Gumbo ... I think
