Life through the lens...

Flower Friday.

Another bright sunny day. So we went for our local lockdown walk this morning.
A slightly different route as one path was so muddy. Unfortunately churned up by horse riders.

I took this photo of one of the nasturtium flowers in our garden, when we got back.
The add a lovey splash of colour.

Then after lunch we called at son’s to leave his card, present, and as always his favourite chocolate pear gateau.
Happy Birthday Andrew.
Left with our granddaughter. Outside the patio doors. Nice to have a brief chat with her too, as we haven’t seen them since this last lockdown started.

Tonight we are having a takeaway from the village Deli.
Pizza garlic bread, king prawns Sorrentina, and chicken and chorizo skewers in a spicy tomato sauce.
A lovely treat and helping the local businesses too.
We have decided the Friday evenings will be takeaways during this lockdown.
It will be nice when we can go there again for their Tapas evenings once more, but this is the next best thing.

Have a good weekend everyone.
Take care, stay safe, and keep smiling.
