This is the only photo I took today and I have no idea what Miss L is doing!!
I could hardly move by the time she got home from school. I did a Pilates work out on YouTube this morning and Oh. My. God. 
I may have been a little over confident in my bendiness.
I took Archie out for a walk this afternoon in an attempt to stop myself seizing up completely. I'm not hopeful!
Boris Johnson announced the new rules tonight to try and avoid a second lockdown. The main thing is a new "Rule of Six" which is supposed to prevent big groups socialising. We'll see!
