Christmas is coming

Yes, we are halfway through November so I have to admit that Christmas is not far away. What sort of Christmas it will be no-one is sure but celebrate we will.
Marlane has been preparing for a while and here I present her latest creation, a new tree skirt. You'll be glad to hear that no polar bears where harmed during making of this tree skirt, it just looks like a bear skin.
It is rather beautiful and soft and she has backed it with some Christmassy material she used last year, which is why I flipped over a bit of one side. That was a very difficult sewing job to avoid getting all of that fluffy stuff getting caught.
