Wall before

Today the workman came to start the process of repointing our very high garden wall. This is the 'before' picture. I hope to post an 'after' picture soon.

It was an official work day for me today so that meant four video conference meetings, emails shovelling, and sorting out some last minute details for tomorrow's long-awaited, twice-postponed event.

After work I ran 5k in the cold, dark, and wet.

Exercise today: 5k run.
