FF - Rain Spattered Rose

I should stop consulting the weather app as it's so often misleading, if I'd just looked out this morning I'd have set off and risked getting wet but when I saw rain was forecast for 10am I stayed home  -  it did rain eventually but not until 2pm.  

Anyway staying home has allowed me to catch up on things which needed to be done and now I'm looking forward to a relaxing weekend.  Not long to go until Christmas now, it will be different this year but no less special I'm sure.  I hope you have  a good weekend and many thanks for visiting my journal and for the response to yesterday's blip, I'm pleased you liked it.
