NOT a Spud - NOT a peanut.

The Oca learning curve continues.  I was aware, vaguely, how peanuts "fruited". There's 7:47 mins here if you're interested.  I can't see it being viable outside a greenhouse though:-
"Peanuts require nearly all of the growing days to have an air temperature greater than 85°F (29°C)."
The reason for the title?
Spuds - Tubers formed underground, on roots.
Peanuts - Seed pods from flowers thrust underground.
Oca is somewhat Peanutty and somewhat spuddy inasmuch as  I've yet to uproot to check, BUT, at least some of them seem to be from  adventitious roots developing from the main stem(s).  I kinda suspect there will be a taty-like subterranean crop as well, with the adventitious ones as a bonus.
