Teasel

We've had two days without the plumbers, which has been nice as we could have a lie in if we wanted. I was up and out early to see a couple of folk and take the gift of a portion of cottage pie. It was a great meal last night, mainly due to listening to chefs about how to thicken gravy and using some of my herbs.

In preparation for the men coming back tomorrow we had to dismantle a photography table I had set up in the greenhouse and take out the rear plastic panes to give access to the pipe run.

I thought while I was in there I may as well cut down the teasel. It came in handy for a blip but I have another dead flower I was gifted this morning in reserve!

After all this outdoor activity we set about installing the new 6 tier spice rack. This means 75 jars of herbs and spices are now easy to see and use. Thanks for the lovely comments about yesterday's spicy blip.
