Bare Beauty

The Lincolnshire landscape is very different from South Devon - larger, flatter fields and bigger skies, all punctuated by isolated shapely trees. It's far more arable around here, than the sheep and cows we're used to seeing, which gives the views a rather deserted, lonely feel. But in today's bright sunshine, despite the cold wind, everywhere looked beautiful. English countryside, in whichever county, has a certain something to please the eye.

Very late blipping today, after another day of lots of enjoyable time outdoors. My Extra is to show how very blue the sky was.
