At the car wash

It was really hard waking up this morning - partly because of a late night but mostly because of waking several times and still feeling the effects of too much food!

Anyway, G got to work on time. As it is her shortest day, I took the car to the car wash. My blip is looking over the fence to the park and out to the beach where we normally stop to eat a shawarma or do the recycling etc.

Home for the rest of the day via a "small" shop at Carrefour in Wafi. The Mackies Chocolate ice cream we had gone for wasn't there, but all their Christmas goodies were out (Pannetone etc.) so we stocked up on those. G had her usual online lessons and I managed to work on a video in just a couple of hours. The biggest thing to record today though was a visit from Pauline. We haven't seen her all year - which is crazy because she lives just across the road. She came to wish G for her birthday and brought her a lucky bamboo! She also had some big news to share about future plans for next year.
