HiRes Bracket

As I was taking the rubbish out to the bins I noticed that branches stacked ready for going to the dump from my poor rowan tree, which took a beating from one of the hurricades which hit over the Summer, were covered in bracket fungus and moss.  So I took the opportunity to bring one into the kitchen and try out the high-resolution feature on my little Olympus.

I was struggling wth the angles and light, but even so the resolution from the 60MB raw file is amazing - look large!. I'll probably have another go using the macro lens for some more detailed shots later.
