Morning Power

This was the view form the north of our village this morning, I think I missed the most vivid colours just a few moments before. I think it almost looks like the sun is shining red light up to the clouds from underneath!

The large plume in the distance is from the cooling towers at Eggborough power station, 16 miles away.

I spent a good chunk of the afternoon walking around The Stray in Harrogate whilst Mrs madwill attended an appointment at the nearby hospital.

Have clocked up 20K steps so far today..makes up for less than 5K yesterday!
