Stripes under the park bench

I made a few changes to how I do my grocery shopping today.

I parked in a different part of the car park to last week, rewrote the shopping list to make it easier in the store, and kept my focus on my list and tried to ignore everything else.

Easier said than done but it helped along with the reminder on the shopping list to breathe deeply. I did well and the tweaks to my process helped and give me confidence for next time.

I did my walking/balance exercises outside on my walk. A trip to the physio gym was a bit much on top of shopping.

Today's gratitude: For realising I'd done enough and saying no, even though I wanted to see my friends.
