Day 252 Getting ready....

Today we managed to get out a few more Christmas related items the most important being the two Advent calendars, as they need to be filled and ready to go on Tuesday.  This particular one was bought from the now defunct Laura Ashley several years ago and the top wintry scene enhanced by yours truly.  It was being sold at a bargain price and close examination of the drawers will tell you why: one of the numbers is repeated so another is missing.  At the moment they're not quite all in the right order anyway.  Tomorrow we'll buy the necessary chocolate  treats to fill the drawers.  Our other advent calendar has drawers containing figures from the nativity scene but I've been reassured by other Lakeland Ltd customers that there is room to squeeze  a chocolate into each drawer!
