Mono Monday

The theme today is light landscape, I've achieved the light part but not the landscape.  Every day I'm hoping for a dry day but although there was still rain today it was intermittent and so at least we could get out for a walk.  I'd thought about going into Leeds to blip the canal side but with the threat of heavier rain I decided to stay closer to home.

This robin was singing and it was a lovely sight and sound..... that is until his rival came on the scene and then they both showed their true colours.  I'm always a bit shocked to see that these pretty birds can be quite fierce fighters when their territory is threatened.
