On the eve of the second anniversary of the Christchurch earthquake, today's blip features another of the Gap Filler ventures that have popped up around the city.

These temporary installations of interactive artworks and community-centric resources have been one of the shining lights that have graced the Christchurch since much of the central city was razed in the aftermath of the 6.3 magnitude quake.

The Pallet Pavilion, as the name suggests, is made up of blue shipping pallets arranged to form an outdoor venue for a entertainment. It stands on the corner of Victoria, Durham and Kilmore Street on the site of the former Crown Plaza hotel.
