Early start

Walked past these lights this morning on my way to join other ladies on our usual, early Thursday walk around the St Ives estate.
I was attracted by the Christmas lights on the cottage but what made me stop to take a photo was the illuminated clock on the wall and the lovely stained glass window, I’ve never noticed either before.
The clock shows 6.50am but it was slightly later, just after 7.00, but as you can see still quite dark. It was great to see and chat to the ladies as we walked in socially distanced twos and threes.  A gloomy morning but not as bad as the forecast. Stopped at the end to feed the full compliment of swans and juvenile cygnets who seemed to be doing quite a bit of squabbling!

After breakfast and a shower I headed over to Haworth for a wonderful back massage complete with hot stones. Absolute bliss!

Just about to get ready to sing with the ATN community choir in a marquee at the rugby club in Bingley. Christmas songs so it will be good fun though it’s just good to be able to do it.
Suddenly it’s all go!
