The cat and the fox

Another bad night - hwb required.  Then in the morning it was raining but I had to get up as A, my plumber, was coming to service the boiler.

Faffed around in the morning and managed to get the time of the prep meeting wrong.  The whole afternoon (in a chilly office) was spent on the Board pre meetings, enthusiastic presentation and then the meeting itself.  We finished 45 minutes early - a record!  That was mainly because there were few questions on the Annual report and audit.

And some of today was spent watching Willow watching a fox and a fox watching Willow, and Willow watching the (4) squirrels and the squirrels watching the magpies and the foxes and Willow watching - well everything that moved. And it appeared to make her hungry.

And this evening - well not done much.  Forgot to put my phone back on so missed a call that I'd like to have taken and then discovered I've discarded an associated PIN.

It's freezing outside and the heat is up full blast. The big news is that the vaccinations have started.  I am a bit unmoved by it all.  And Brexit looks like we'll be falling out - that will take the shine off the vaccinations. As has the fact that inexplicably remains in level 3, despite our numbers being well down. It's difficult to stay supportive when there appears to be no logic.  Lucky Liberton has pretty much no diagnosed cases - and none here (unless Willow is asymptomatic that is).
