Dear Santa....

....please can I have this Teddy.

This rather large bear is the Christmas mascot at the shopping mall.  This particular mall was visited by the lady who returned from Myanmar with Covid 19, and although the mall has been thoroughly cleaned it is now very quiet.  

I  had a good laugh with some children who live at our condo.  As I may have mentioned the water in the pool is now very cold, but hubby still swims.  I am now a spectator. The children were playing in the garden and decided that as Hubby was swimming they would sit on the pool wall and paddle their feet.  The littlest child is only two and needed lifting up, which I did and held on to her so that she wouldn't fall in.  Naturally much splashing then occurred, by this time mum had taken charge of her youngest daughter.  All three girls ended up wet, then one "fell" in.  This naturally prompted her friend to "fall" in.  It was wonderful seeing these children having so much fun.  The youngest one didn't go in.  Of course when the girls got out they were cold but got short shrift from their mums.
