Day 260 of UK COVID-19 Pandemic. England in three tier restrictions and Wales no tiers - no alcohol!      First Vaccine administered yesterday.  Adverse side effects such as allergic reaction and facial paralysis reported in media! :(

We needed to visit the Welsh Shop in Abergavenny to buy a gift for the annual exchange between us and German friends. Their nativity scene gift arrived a couple of days ago so I need to get ours in the post asap!

This weeks Wide Wednesday theme is 'eye catching' and these two gentlemen in Abergavenny town centre today certainly caught my attention!  (Taken in mono and processed in Kodak Tri-X film preset)

We bought a new fibre-optic Christmas tree from the Festive Factory outlet in Cwmbran afterwards and it looks great in our living room. Saves decorating it as the lights are built in!  Should be quick to pack away January 2nd!
