Monday was off to a busy start from 8am this morning, but there was no real stress involved so all is well.

My new apprentice has accepted the job offer and starts in the New Year, so I'll have a full team in place by February.  Happy with that, he'll bring a new dynamic to the team.

I've been on a sustainability course for most of the day, Carbon Literacy, it was most enjoyable.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  Seeing Mr Heron here - can you spot him? 
2.  Surprising some friends 
3.  Hearing good news on my new apprentice
4.  A delicious sausage casserole and dumplings for tea
