A walk from the Roaches (yes another) with two friends, one of whom (Yvonne) claimed never to have been there before, but later said that it was so long ago that she'd forgotten. She also said that she'd climbed there, in trainers and with just the rope around her as a harness... I know that used to be the norm but the thought gives me the horrors! We visited Lud's Church on the way back, somewhere Yvonne definitely hadn't been to before. I looked up and saw the tree patterns.

The outward drive was lovely with mist in the valleys and only one patch of fog, but as we walked up to the top of the Roaches we were in the cloud and couldn't see the views. Luckily it cleared over the course of the walk and we got those views in the end.
