We had a  trip to South Walney Nature Reserve on Walney Island today, which was lovely. We saw quite a variety of wading birds including a few Turnstone, but what captivated me most was the flat, muted landscape and the wonderful light.

In the evening Steve produced Mastermind, something I haven't played since my children were young. I'm not quite as illogical as I thought.
