Lunch with my Nottingham friend today and she cooked chicken thighs in a tarragon and caper cream sauce yum! I helped her with some of her packing for moving, although her stuff will be in store for a little while as her sale will go through before her purchase, and then she entrusted me with the workings of her grandfather clock!
