Useful advice

I helped Leo make shortbread on Monday and was disappointed with the recipe and method ( even though they tasted good). Isbi suggested another recipe on the Rice Flour packet and she whips it up in a Kitchen Wizz. That made it SO much easier. I made these in no time. I had to taste the broken ones too. 

A few community Covid 19 cases were identified after a few weeks of none. One is the driver of a bus that takes the international flight crews to the airport. The others are being investigated. It just goes to show you can’t relax with this virus.
I feel for the hospital staff trying to cope with the disaster overseas. It must be so frustrating having people complaining and demonstrating against lockdown.
