Bread

I have been making bread all year but recently it hasn’t been up to my standards. I have changed the timing, the levain, the temperature, the pan, the basket, the flour ( again) new scales. Today’s was much better I’m pleased to report. Bob is pleased as he eats most of it and has suffered my recent efforts without complaining. 

We are getting a bit of rain, left over from the drenching they are getting on the north coast. 

Happy birthday to our youngest grandchild Elijah. He is four years old today. We haven’t seen him but will catch up later on in the week.
