Razor sharp

La la la la it's Friday!

This weeks been good, and Friday has come round pretty quick!

Out for a early doors walk with pete. Great journey into work, last day of the school hols, so traffic a breeze.

Good meetings this morning and a trip to the fishmongers on the market at lunch, with vic and rach.

Two tuna steaks, ten massive scallops, and a couple complimentary razor clams! Didn't realise these were still live! Fishmonger threw a bit of salt in them and they wriggle out of their shells!

Good afternoon, finish at five.

Home to cook my scallops, with chorizo. Before that I cook the clams, in a little bit of garlic butter. One spits something out in the pan...god knows what! When done, I taste a bit of it, quite meaty.

Scallops then and done to perfection with the chorizo and fennel seeds, and the prosecco!

Fab start to the weekend, and looking forward to afternoon out tomorrow!
