The second batch of cheese ready to go in the freezer, I'll wrap it when it's frozen. Unfortunately my family in Swansea will be having to buy more to replace this lot!

The rest of the day will be filled with finishing the undercoating in the lounge/dining room, and starting the glossing. Firstly though, a walk to the shops... but not for cheese!
