Aira Force Café & Swinside Knott.

Met up with Kanyl for what I have started calling our "weekly walkies".  Despite the met office saying the afternoon would be dry it was pouring down.  So we changed our venue from the Threlkeld to Aira Force.  Why you are wondering.  Well if it is too wet or Kanyl's legs are saying enough we park the cars nose to tail and chat through the open windows.  This isn't possible in the lay-by.

While it rained we sat in the cars with an umbrella covering the gap between the cars preventing the rain falling into the cars.  In our brief wanders I took this shot looking towards the Café and showing the snow on the tops.
