A day in the life

Water

In the hand dug canal through The Grove, the water is flowing almost as if it was spring. We've had a lot of water from above lately but there is colder, dryer weather at the horizon, arriving on Christmas day. Maybe even some frost.

In a way it's nice not to pack the car to drive 300 km to the south of Sweden and then Denmark, to celebrate Christmas  with my family and friends, I like to go for walks when I feel like it and root around among all the junk in my shelves. There will be time for joy and friends gathering in the future. Right now is a time for quiet reflection.
