An elfy snack

You know what it's like by the end of Boxing Day (26 Dec), you're overstuffed with rich food - not to mention alcohol - and all you want for supper is a healthy snack.  And all the store cupboard can come up with instead is an 'elfy snack, given by some kind family member as a joke!
