Enjoying the snow

Came across this little family whilst walking the dog it would seem the new way of sledging is to have one foot on each sledge hold on to the ropes and go down the hill as if you were surfing even the little one was trying stanfing ip to sledge down he spon fell off. On my way back they were building a snowman.

Well after a very frosty night when it took a good tug to open the front door i got up with Molly at 10 to 5 and it was raining, by the time she came in it was sleeting and when Tanzy came in she had snow on her by this morning quite a good covering of snow was on the ground and some cars were having trouble on the hill apparently. If it freezes tonight it will be bad tomorrow underfoot.
Not done a lot today just pottered. Going to make tea now sweet and sour chicken and rice.
