Winter sunshine..

I was fortunate to be treated to an amazing sunrise this morning as I walked farmland near to my home. I struggled to capture it as I only had a telephoto lens on my camera. I opted to pick out some detail in the landscape and had to take several steps back to encompass enough of the scene.

An hour or so later and the landscape changed again as the warm light from the risen sun was blotted out by clouds and then the world turned white as snow started to tumble form the sky.
