Quiet day today - read more of Scabby Queen by Kirsten Innes (which I'm *really* enjoying - all the characters are  well observed and feel real ).

For second year running I am grateful I didn't need to spend today getting ready to go back to work. 
Walk was restricted to stroll round smallest block but I did go out.

Blip is of T's Christmas present to me which I love. It is from an artist in Kirriemuir. 

Covid numbers continue to get worse and I daresay tomorrows statement by First Minister will be further restrictions and for a longer time.
