For the daily grunt
I stopped the gym at the start of March last year. Well, you would, wouldn't you? After listening thoughtfully to virologists and epidemiologists, and getting the willies scared out of you. Probably I shouldn't read The Lancet, either.
Anyway I missed my daily grunt, and the blood sugar needs keeping down, so I just bought these. I've never used free weights before, but maybe I can grow a one-pack.
