Day 291 It's Abstract Thursday!

As this Thursday is the first in a new month, there is no particular theme, set by our regular host Ingeborg.  We actually saw some blue sky and sunshine today, so I took a picture of a neighbour's bare branched tree, looking golden as the setting sun shone on it.  Of course I've fiddled with the colour a bit and added panels from PS Elements, so that it looks vaguely as though it's being viewed through window panes.  As I haven't been outside other than to put out the dustbins for the refuse collectors, for some days now, I can't help thinking of barred prison windows!
In other news: nothing special as we  struggle on in Lockdown 3.  The rate of new infections remains disappointingly high.  Let us hope that we see positive effects of our efforts very soon.
